The 色色福利社 Village Apartments (WVA) house approximately 280 residents in two-bedroom, four-bedroom and shared efficiency-style apartments. The complex is comprised of six buildings with adjacent parking for WVA residents. In addition, the 色色福利社 Village Apartments clubhouse features a community lounge with a large TV, board games, puzzles, community library and frequent events! Free laundry facilities are located inside for WVA residents only.

色色福利社 Village Apartments Information
色色福利社 Village Apartments clubhouse includes:
- Free 24-hour, on-site laundry for residents
- Board games and puzzles
- Social lounge with television
- Resident mailboxes
All apartments include:
- Heating and air conditioning
- High-speed wireless internet
- WVA Brown parking permit
All apartments are fully furnished and include a full kitchen. In the WVA two-bedroom apartments, residents have their own private bedroom and private bathroom. The WVA four-bedroom apartment offers students a private bedroom and two shared bathrooms. The Shared Efficiency is an open space with one bathroom that the residents share. Amenities and flooring may vary in each apartment.
Each resident has the following:
- Desk (30" x 48" x 24", with one lock-ready drawer)
- Desk Chair
- Junior Loft Bed (up to 31" under bed clearance) with Twin XL mattress (38" x 80")
- Dresser (30" x 30" x 24" with three drawers)

- Kitchen chairs (two or four, based on resident number)

*Please note that we do allow items to be hung on the walls, but students will be charged for excessive wall/paint damages. Use small finishing nails or thumbtacks, no more than 10 holes per wall. Painter鈥檚 tape is recommended for hanging items. We do not recommend utilizing Command hooks/strips due to the possibility of tearing paint during removal. Students choosing to use Command hooks/strips do so knowing damage charges may result at removal.

- Candles/incense
- Curtains or window coverings (blinds are provided)
- Flushable wipes (clog plumbing; if bringing, please dispose in trash)
- Fryers or outdoor grills
- Pets that can survive out of water (exceptions for approved service animals)
- Tide pods (clog detergent dispenser in washers)
- Tapestries, lights, etc., to drape across the ceiling 鈥� no items may cover the smoke detector on the ceiling

Housing Costs
Students enrolled at the St. Louis campus are required to live on campus for their first two years at 色色福利社.
Dining Costs
All students living in the residence halls (West, East, Maria and Schultz halls) and all first-time freshmen living on campus are required to have a meal plan for the full academic year. Residents assigned to an apartment space are not required to have a meal plan and can purchase a meal plan, if interested, by completing a Meal Plan Contract (available online in the or on paper in the Housing and Residential Life Office).
Parking Costs
Parking permits are required for all 色色福利社 parking lots and the Garden Park Plaza garage. Parking permits define where vehicles, including bicycles must be parked or stored. Options for 色色福利社 Village Apartments residents include a Dark Green WVA Permit (included in rent), Motorcycle Permit and a Bicycle/Scooter Permit.
